We are seeking investment to purchase our own dedicated coconut boring and water extraction equipment. This will allow us to break free from third-party co-packers, ensuring 100% quality control, perfect hygiene, and the capacity to meet Tanzania's growing demand for DAFU.
The Manufacturing Process
Secure Setup (Pneumatic Clamping)
The coconut is firmly secured using a pneumatic system. This ensures that the coconut does not move or crack during the boring process, maintaining the integrity of the shell and preventing external contamination.
Precision Drilling (Zero-Oxygen Environment)
This is the critical step. An SS304 stainless steel boring bit penetrates the shell in a completely sealed environment. This prevents oxygen from interacting with the coconut water, preserving its natural color, flavor, and nutrients.
Inline Filtration
Immediately upon extraction, vacuum suction pulls the water directly through a series of 150-mesh filters. This removes any micro-fibers or shell particles instantly, resulting in crystal clear water.
Sealed Bottling
The filtered water is then flash-pasteurized to ensure safety without compromising taste, and finally hermetically sealed into our signature DAFU bottles, ready for distribution.
